We pride ourselves on offering outstanding care to our assisted living residents.Job DescriptionWork under the direction of the Rn to monitor clients' needs and changes in condition, conducting focused assessemtns when appropriate and reporting results to the RN. Ensures that unlicensed staff members perform their duties in a timely, quality manner, and reports problems to RN. Assist with implementation of physician orders, orders, sets up and administers medications. Assist RN in orienting, training and mentoring new staff. QualificationsGraduated of an accredited school of nursing for Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an LPN, and must maintain current unencumbered license with the Board of Nursing. Must have strong leadership, good judgement, and dependability. Must be flexible in dealing with changing situations.
